About Us
Full Circle - End of Life Matters, was founded by Anne Kubiak, a Registered Nurse, End of Life Doula, and Health Policy expert with over 30 years experience in navigating the health and aged care sectors, who after the sudden death of her own father, believes that death can be done better.
Our approach reflects my understanding of the complexities of the health and aged care sectors, and how death has been taken out of the hands of our communities. Central to my belief is that everyone has the right to leave this world, supported and resourced to enable a beautiful death. Unfortunately this does not happen often enough.

​We need to greatly improve our death literacy and end of life conversations across our communities and our health and aged care sectors. The more prepared and involved we are, the more educated, the better the outcome. Everyone deserves the right to see the people that they love leave in an honourable fashion.
Full Circle is based in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Our End of Life Doula's have the expertise to serve you and your family when living well, and when faced with the challenges and uncertainties of aging, a life limiting illness or diagnosis. We walk along side you and your family.
